About us

tickets.org.es is an independent guide to tickets and activities in Spain. We are not the official website of any monument, museum or park and we don't sell anything: we show you what's available and send you to the seller.

Where the facts come from

Official prices, opening hours, free days and booking rules come from each place's official website or its tourist board. Every page shows the date it was checked and, at the bottom, the sources with the exact sentence each one says, in its original language. What we couldn't confirm doesn't appear, even if that leaves a gap.

Sellers' prices come from their own catalogues and update on their own. They can change with date and time, so the price that counts is the one you see at checkout.

How we order tickets

We work with three sellers: Tiqets, GetYourGuide and Headout. They appear in that order when they sell the same thing, and within each one the most booked comes first. If the official website is cheaper, or the only way to get a place, the page for that place says so.

How we make money

Links to sellers are affiliate links. If you buy through them, the seller pays us a commission and you pay the same. No place or seller pays to appear on these pages or reviews what we write.

Visitor reviews

Scores are the ones each seller publishes for that product. Written reviews are published by Headout, which chooses the ones it highlights, and they appear unedited with the name shortened. We don't write reviews or describe visits we haven't made.

If something is wrong

Hours and prices change. If you spot a mistake, email hola@tickets.org.es and we'll fix it. For an order you've already placed, write to the seller you bought from: we can't see orders.
