Pairs that work

Tenerife and La Gomera. Start with Tenerife: Mount Teide, Loro Parque and Siam Park fill several days. La Gomera is 50 minutes by ferry from Los Cristianos.

Lanzarote and Fuerteventura. Playa Blanca to Corralejo takes 25 or 35 minutes, so one trip covers both: Manrique and Timanfaya, then Isla de Lobos, which needs a permit first.

Gran Canaria stands alone, though Tenerife is 80 minutes from Agaete.

La Palma needs its own days: 150 minutes from Los Cristianos. Don't mix more than two islands in a week.

As my mobility isn't so good right now, I was very grateful to the staff especially Ariella ( I think thats her name) she was on the entry area when we visited on 17th August keeping people moving. Helped find the last remaining mobility scooter so I was able to have a great experience on probably one of the parks busiest days.

With this bus you can experience the best of Las Palmas at once, and then go back and explore more of the places you want to see. The highlights for me is the old town of Las Palmas. Nice busdrivers.

Which ferries link the Canary Islands?

Fred. Olsen Express runs Los Cristianos–La Gomera in 50 minutes, Agaete–Santa Cruz de Tenerife in 80, Playa Blanca–Corralejo in 25 or 35, and Los Cristianos–Santa Cruz de La Palma in 150. They aren't sold here.

Which Canary Island should I choose?
