Visiting the museum in Figueres

Tickets start at €18.50, or €26.50 with the official guided tour, so check that against the cards above. Book ahead, because ticket office sales depend on capacity. There are no changes or refunds for reasons outside the museum's control.

Avoid Mondays, except in July and August. From 1 October to 22 March it opens 10:30–18:00 and entry stops 45 minutes before closing, so arrive by 17:15. The route takes an hour and a half to two hours. On 24 December it closes at 15:00, and it doesn't open on 1 January or 25 December.

No backpacks, and nothing bigger than 35 × 35 × 25 cm. From Barcelona, there are day trips that combine Figueres with Girona.

The two sites people confuse with it

Search for "Dalí house" and three places blur together. These two are separate visits with their own rules, and this page has no tickets for them:

  • Salvador Dalí House, Portlligat (Cadaqués). €15.50 online for the house and olive grove, €17.50 at the ticket office. Booking a day and time is compulsory. Collect your ticket half an hour before going in: miss that and you lose it, with no refund. Closed 7 January to 11 February.
  • Gala Dalí Castle, Púbol. €10 on the website, €12 at the ticket office, booking recommended. Closed 7 January to 27 February.

Both are sold on the Fundació Gala-Salvador Dalí's website, and the Girona page lists partner tickets for them.
