Cheapest way in

Two adults and two children aged 6–16 pay €76 on single tickets or €59.90 with the family pack. That's €16.10 less, so look for the pack first. If you're one or two people, compare the cards above with the official €21.

Published prices are for buying online, and the ticket office adds handling fees. It only pays to go there in two cases: the 15% off with a large-family, single-parent or Tarjeta Rosa card, and the Super3 card. Without one of those, stay online.

Conditions that may have changed

The museum's information site only leads to ticket sales, so these conditions come from a June 2026 copy and may no longer apply. Back then, tickets couldn't be changed or refunded once bought, unless the museum closed unexpectedly. With Super3, the adult bought a €21 ticket at the ticket office, with a maximum of four children per adult family member. If your plans could shift, read the terms before you pay.

Wheelchair access and Christmas Day

Turisme de Barcelona says two scenes aren't adapted for wheelchairs and the rest of the museum is. The museum is in Passatge de la Banca, next to La Rambla, and closes on 25 December.

What time does the Wax Museum close?

It opens at 10:00, but sources disagree on closing. Turisme de Barcelona says 19:30 Sunday to Thursday and 20:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. The city council's guide says half an hour later, with last entry an hour before closing. Check the time slots when you buy.

Do children with a Super3 card get in free?

Yes, up to age 14, according to the city council's guide. Show the card at the ticket office.
