Bath, massage or kessa

The simplest ticket is bath only, which the venue calls emerge: a circuit of pools at different temperatures. Next come the two with a massage, and at the top the one with kessa, body cleansing on a hot stone, from the MIDRA series.

A massage doesn't add time

The session lasts exactly 90 minutes with or without a massage, and the massage comes out of that time. With MIMMA 15, for example, you get 75 minutes in the baths and 15 of massage. Massages run 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes, so a long one leaves you less time in the pools. For more time in the water, take a short massage or bath only.

Booking and cancelling

You must book and pay in advance, ideally 2 or 3 days ahead, more on long weekends. On the official site you can change or cancel up to 48 hours before; miss that and you forfeit the amount paid. Students and permanent residents of Málaga province get special prices on MIMMA and MIDRA, only through the venue.

Parking and house rules

It's at Plaza de los Mártires 5, in the old town beside the Museo Thyssen. If you drive, park at Camas or Tejón and ask reception for the 1-hour free ticket. Inside you go barefoot, and stay silent.
