Sunday's two free hours
Nobody pays in the last two hours on Sundays, but the ticket office shuts half an hour before the museum. From November to February that means going in between 16:00 and 17:30; in July and August, between 18:00 and 19:30. You get two hours at most, and less if you arrive late, so head straight for what you came to see.
Four other days are free for everyone: 28 February, 18 May, 27 September and 27 October. Under 17s never pay, so a family with teenagers only pays for the adults.
Don't rely on the ticket office
All tickets are on sale online. If they run out, the ticket office only sells at quiet times, so don't count on it on a busy day. The museum closes on 25 December and 1 and 6 January.
You already have an audio guide
Every ticket includes an audio guide on your phone, with nothing to download, so don't pay for an audio extra. A seller only adds something if you want a guide in person.
The Munch-Picasso exhibition runs from 30 October 2026 to 28 February 2027.

Booking tickets thru Headout app was blessing. I run across app during exploration of how can I buy tickets to skip waiting line. And in a 5 minutes was downloaded and alredy booked. I booked for museum and casa Picasso. I really recomment this app. And it is a must have companion on your way to explore the World.

Entry with earlier reservation without problems, although you have to wait for a moment in a queue. The exhibition itself interesting but somewhat disapointing, I thought it will be a little bit richer. The less known, more realistic Picasso works are worth seeing.

The visit of musuo pablo picasso malaga with headout was without long lines at the entrance. We only had a bit circumstances because we didn't load down tne headout app first. The ti kets have to be shown on the app only! That we did 't know! Perhaps you could make it clearer in the mail. But all in all we enjoyed the visit in the picasso museum very much, a huge collection of artefacts of Picasso's art!

Rocío, our guide, was really engaging we enjoyed the tour so much. She brought Picasso 's art work to life, and responded to our questions in every knowledgeable way. Personally, I'd have loved the option to opt for a longer tour.
