Booking
The price of a one-day ticket bought online varies with the date chosen. Have it on your phone or as a PDF, or you'll be charged the difference up to the ticket office price. Canary Islands residents pay less with an original DNI (Spanish ID card).
Opening hours
Both parks open daily 10:00–17:00, and 10:00–18:00 in July and August. Water rides close 30 minutes before the park. Costa Adeje: dolphin show at 15:30.

Costa Adeje or Maspalomas

Costa Adeje, Tenerife. Buying online saves €2 at most, so if you're already booking through a seller you lose almost nothing. The park has a dolphinarium, with a daily show at 15:30. Plan around it if that's why you're going. The Maspalomas website shows nothing similar.

Maspalomas, Gran Canaria. Check the official site first. Online can be up to €9 per adult below the ticket office, depending on the date, and the official minimum sits below what sellers usually charge. Global bus lines 45 and 70 reach the park, and parking costs extra.

The cheaper Canary Islands resident rate isn't for holidaymakers: it needs an original DNI (Spanish ID card).

A short day

Arrive at opening. Outside July and August the park shuts at 17:00 and the water rides half an hour before. Sunbeds aren't in the price.

Ages and the 2 Parks Ticket

Age sets the rate: Adult from 11, Child 5 to 10, Mini 3 to 4. Babies aged 0 to 2 and/or under 90 cm go free. Without proof of age, the height gauges at the entrance decide, so bring the children's ID.

Each park has a 2 Parks Ticket for separate days: Jungle Park in Tenerife, Palmitos Park in Gran Canaria. It only pays off if you were going anyway.

    The park is usually great but to get in there n find out we couldn't get on all the rides for my 7 year old was disappointing for her even though there's loads to do still I just think how can u charge 100 percent of the price and can't use 100 percent of the facilities is a bit of a joke or even the heads up that not all slides are open would u still like to come bad customer service
