Booking
The 1-day ticket from the official shop is for a chosen date, with no changes or refunds. Canary Islands residents have their own rate and must show an original DNI (Spanish ID card). The Family Pack and Friends Pack can't be used on the day of purchase.
Opening hours
Daily 10:00–17:30. Penguin feeding at 12:15, birds of prey at 12:30, sea lions at 13:30. Aviary and lemur walk 11:00–16:00.

Cheaper, but no refunds

The ticket office charges €36 from age 11, €29 for ages 5 to 10 and €16 on the Mini rate. Pick a date in the park's online shop and adults pay from €34, children from €27, but those tickets can't be changed or refunded. If your plans might move, check the cancellation terms on the tickets above first.

The 2 Parks Ticket with Aqualand is €51 per adult online and lasts 90 days. The €22 adult rate at the ticket office is only for Canary Islands residents showing an original DNI (Spanish ID card).

The free bus and the midday shows

The bus leaves Aqualand Costa Adeje at 09:30 and 10:55, stopping at hotels and shopping centres. The last pick-up, at Hotel Sol Arona Tenerife, is 10:25 or 11:50. It returns at 16:15 and 17:30. These times come from the leaflet the park links to, in force from May 2024 until further notice.

That 11:50 pick-up leaves little margin for the penguin feeding at 12:15. Birds of prey follow at 12:30 and sea lions at 13:30. The aviary and lemur walk run 11:00–16:00. Sea lion activities and the Animal Passport cost extra and are booked inside.

Is there a free bus to Jungle Park?

Yes. According to the park's leaflet, it runs daily from Costa Adeje, Playa de las Américas and Los Cristianos, returning at 16:15 and 17:30. You can't reserve it and seats are limited.
