Bath only or massage

The basic service is called emerge: 90 minutes moving freely between warm, hot and cold pools and a steam room, with tea in the rest area. Both tickets on this page include a massage, which the venue sells as the MIMMA series. For the bath alone, book on the official site. The MIDRA series adds skin cleansing with a kessa glove and a relaxing massage.

The 48-hour rule

On the official site you can cancel or change up to 48 hours before, and after that the money is gone. Sellers apply their own terms.

If you're a student, a pensioner or a Granada province resident, look at the official site first: special prices are booked with the venue and proved at reception. The venue also has discounted off-peak slots, on days and times it picks.

Walk, don't drive

It's on calle Santa Ana, below the Alhambra and handy straight after it, in an area the venue itself advises against driving to. The nearest car park is San Agustín, by the Cathedral. Bus stops on Gran Vía are 5 minutes' walk away and the Plaza Nueva taxi rank 3.

You go barefoot inside, and reception sells neoprene slippers.
