No refunds, but the date can move

The official ticket can't be refunded, but you can change it at no cost: you have 30 days from the original date and can do it up to 2 hours before your visit, never after. If you buy from a seller, look at its terms on the card, as they may differ.

Family sums

For two adults and two children aged 4 to 12, the family ticket starts at €48. Bought singly at the lowest prices, they'd come to €56. Watch the age: at 13 it's a general ticket, so a teenager doesn't count as a child in that pack. Under-4s don't pay.

All those figures are "from" prices. The museum warns that prices change with date and availability, so the same ticket can cost more at another time. Try two different slots before paying.

Late nights and early starts

On Friday and Saturday it closes at 22:00, an hour later than the rest of the week, and at weekends it opens at 09:30. It's open 365 days a year, but public holidays and school holidays have special hours, so confirm before choosing a session.
