Which version to buy

Buying online saves €3 on every version compared with the ticket office, and an online ticket takes you straight in at Concha Espina.

  • Classic: fixed date and time. Right for nearly everyone.
  • Classic Hora Flexible: €7 more to enter at any time on your chosen day. It isn't valid at weekends, on public holidays or on match days, exactly when you might want it.
  • Guided: from €56, if you want someone to talk you through it. Ratings for guided tours vary a lot, so compare first.
  • Classic + RM Games: from €59, for children who want to play.

Children pay from age 5 and must always come with an adult. There's no free day or hour for the general public. Real Madrid members (socios) enter free with an invitation collected at the ticket office at Paseo de la Castellana 140.

Check the fixtures before you pay

Tickets bought on the club's website can't be changed or refunded, so the date has to be right. On match days the tour runs only until 5 hours 30 minutes before kick-off, and the route can change for stadium events. If your trip overlaps with a match or other event, confirm the date before picking a time. On some days the changing rooms and benches are closed too, which the club posts on its site.

If your plans could move, a seller's advantage is cancellation, and the card shows when you can cancel. If they're fixed, compare with the official €37.

Seeing a match

The tour doesn't include a match ticket: watching Real Madrid play is a separate purchase, so look under football tickets. For other grounds, see the guide to stadium tours.

Skipped a huge line waiting for tickets, scan the QR code on my phone and we went in. Knew exactly what to expect from the description. Still an impressive and memorable tour.
