Visit the museum at any time on the day shown on your ticket. Changing a booking is free with at least one day's notice. Cancelling more than 48 hours ahead is free; within 48 hours it costs 50%, and on the day 100%.
Opening hours
Museum: last entry 18:00. Opening times differ between its own pages: 10:00–18:45 on the price page, 10:00–18:00 in the ticket shop and 11:00–18:45 in the FAQ. On the first Monday of each month it opens at 14:30 according to the price page and FAQ, and at 16:00 according to the shop. Open every day of the year, with special hours on 25 December and 1 and 6 January. Shows at 17:00, 19:00 and 20:45; Flamenco Matinée daily at 12:00.

The combined ticket saves €2

At official prices the museum and the show cost €35 separately and €33 together. The museum takes 45 to 60 minutes over three floors, so plan it around your show. Flamenco Matinée, with six performers at 12:00, includes the museum on the same ticket.

Seats go in order of arrival

Seats aren't numbered. The room opens 45 minutes before the show, so allow for that if your seat matters. No photos or video during the show.

The small vault show has song and guitar. The shop sells it as Sueños Flamencos, with a drink and no under-10s. The museum's FAQ calls it Poemas Flamencos and gives it 40 places.

Mornings need care

You can visit at any time on your ticket's date, with last entry at 18:00. The museum's own pages disagree on the rest: its price page and shop say it opens at 10:00, its FAQ says 11:00. On the first Monday of the month it opens at 14:30 or 16:00, depending on the page, so don't count on that morning.

Changing your booking
