Free
Under 8s don't pay, in the cathedral or the Miguelete. The cathedral also has free access 07:30–09:30 and 18:30–20:30; on Sundays, 07:30–13:30 and 18:30–20:30. That access isn't the cultural visit with museum and audio guide.

The general ticket includes the museum and an audio guide in 10 languages, Spanish among them. The Miguelete is paid separately. The Valencia Card gives 20% off the general ticket.

Cultural visit, 1 January to 30 June and 1 October to 31 December: Monday to Friday 10:30–18:30, Saturday 10:30–17:30, Sunday 14:00–17:30; last entry 17:30 on weekdays and 16:30 at weekends. 1 July to 30 September: Monday to Saturday 10:30–18:30, Sunday 14:00–18:30; last entry 17:30. Miguelete: daily 10:00–18:45, last entry half an hour before closing.

Check the day first

The €12 cultural visit doesn't run all day. On Sundays it only starts at 14:00, and from October to June last entry is 16:30. Outside summer, Saturdays end early too: 17:30 closing, 16:30 last entry. Free access in the morning and late in the day has no museum or audio guide.

Cathedral, tower or both

The two are separate tickets. €12 gets you the cathedral and museum with an audio guide. The Miguelete is €3, and if the view is all you're after, that ticket alone will do. It's 207 steps up, open daily 10:00–18:45, with last entry half an hour before closing.

Two adults and one child aged 8–17 pay €30 separately, but the family pack is €22 with up to three children. The Valencia Card takes 20% off general admission. The €1 rate is for residents of Valencia city with official ID, so don't budget on it.

Do you need a guide?

Most people don't: the official ticket comes with the audio guide and costs a good deal less than a tour. Our partners don't sell it on its own, only guided visits that pair the cathedral with San Nicolás or the Lonja. Take one if you want the Holy Chalice (Santo Cáliz) and the frescoes explained.

Can I get in for free?
