Booking
It's a physical card. If you buy on the Visit València website, collect it from self-service kiosks or tourist offices, or ask for hotel delivery. It activates on first use. No refunds once it's been handed over.

Does it pay off?

Each municipal site costs €2, a bus ride €2 and the airport metro return €9.60. Over 48 hours, the airport, four museums and two buses match the €21.60 website price. Over 72 hours, the airport, six museums and three buses come to €27.60, against €27.

Leave it if:

  • You're staying in the centre and walking everywhere.
  • Your plan is the Oceanogràfic, the Bioparc and the City of Arts and Sciences: they're only 10% off.
  • You're seeing monuments on a Sunday: the Lonja and Museo Fallero are already free that day.

What each card gets you

24, 48 or 72 hours. Unlimited EMT city buses, Metrobus, metro and tram, including the airport stop, plus Cercanías Renfe local trains in zone AB. Also a tapa with a drink and free entry to 14 municipal monuments and museums. The Cathedral is 20% off and IVAM 50% off.

7 days. No transport and no tapa. Instead, the Cathedral, its museum and IVAM are free, along with the same 14 municipal sites.

Visit València's own website charges 10% less: €15.30, €21.60 and €27 for 24, 48 and 72 hours, and €13.50 for 7 days. Each attraction can be used once, and there's no refund once the card has been handed over.

Two municipal sites are shut

The city council warns that L'Almoina and the Museo de la Ciudad are closed for works. L'Almoina's began in July 2026, last 14 months and should end in autumn 2027. The Museo de la Ciudad has no published date. Don't count either without confirming first.

What does the Valencia Tourist Card include?

Every version gives free entry to 14 municipal monuments and museums, plus discounts elsewhere. The 24, 48 and 72-hour cards add transport and a tapa with a drink. The 7-day card swaps those for free entry to the Cathedral and IVAM.

Does it include the Oceanogràfic?

No. It gives 10% off the Oceanogràfic, Hemisfèric and Science Museum, and 10% off the Bioparc.

Does it cover the metro to the airport?

Yes on the 24, 48 and 72-hour cards, which include the airport stop. The 7-day card has no transport.

When does the card start?

On first use. It's a physical card: if you buy online, collect it from a kiosk or tourist office, or ask for hotel delivery.
